Take your 2022-2024 Toyota Tundra truck to the next level and improve the ride with this 7" lift kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilovers from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires.
Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilovers with DSC remote reservoirs, heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength, BDS heavy duty diff. drop brackets as well as new cast knuckles to get your geometry right.solid aluminum sway bar drop blocks. In the rear this kit utilizes 1- 3/4" BDS heavy duty coil springs and a set of FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks with DSC remote reservoirs for ultimate adjustability that lets you dial in for the smoothest ride possible.
This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front the kit utilises high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets and skidplate designed for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of massive CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. These combined with the provided sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for use and abuse.
In the rear this kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, rear upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. The rear of these kits are rounded out with a set of FOX shocks to offer improved damper performance.
DSC Adjustment
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite front coil-overs and rear shocks come equipped with DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain.
HD Upper Control Arms (UCAs)
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
