Take your 2022-2024 Toyota Tundra truck to the next level and improve the ride with this 2.25 inch lift kit featuring FOX 3.0 Internal Bypass Factory Race Coilovers from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires.

Up front the lift kit includes FOX 3.0 Internal Bypass Factory Race Coilovers with DSC remote reservoirs, heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength, BDS heavy duty diff. drop brackets as well as solid aluminum sway bar drop blocks. In the rear this kit utilizes 1- 3/4" BDS heavy duty coil springs and a set of FOX 3.0 Factory Race shocks with DSC remote reservoirs for ultimate adjustability that lets you dial in for the smoothest ride possible.

FOX Factory Race Series

FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks for the Toyota Tundra deliver position-sensitive damping technology, Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment, and high-speed ready performance in a bolt-on kit. Patented Internal Bypass technology allows for multiple zones of damping control. The result is a comfortable, confident ride with increased damping force through rough terrain. Internal bypass shocks produce more force progressively to control hard bottom-outs, prevent harsh top-outs, and provide an initial catch for landing. Shock fluid bypasses the main piston through a series of bleed holes in the ride zone. As the shock extends past the ride zone in rebound or compression, the bleed holes terminate, forcing fluid through the main piston.

Finned external reservoirs and aluminum shock bodies keep shock fluid temperatures cool for better performance. Type III anodization prevents corrosion and wear of the 3-inch diameter bodies. The DSC adjuster allows you to dial in your Tundra for load, environment, and driving style. FOX Internal Bypass shocks deliver the support and confidence you need while driving high-speed through rugged terrain. Experience race-bred performance next time you leave the pavement.

HD Upper Control Arms (UCA)

Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

  • TRD Sports will achieve the same amount of lift but will have a lower stance than other models in the front
  • Will not work with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) System equipped vehicles
  • Will not work with Air Ride models
  • Will not work with TRD Pro models
  • For regular off-road use, it is recommended to upgrade Non TRD Off-Road trucks half axles (CVs) to Toyota TRD's  (Driver Toyota Part# 434200C020, Passenger Toyota Part# 434100C020). Not including TRD Pro model
  •  Ball joint cap must be removed for maintenance of ball joint. Remove cap to access grease zerk. Grease at regular maintenance intervals
  •  For replacement ball joints, order BDS088200. Ball joints are not directional.
  • The ADAS system in some vehicles needs to be recalibrated by a certified shop. The vehicle may warn the driver of potential collision from lower bridges, overhead signs/wires, and signs in windy conditions. Most windshield repair shops (Safelite) and dealers are capable of doing this.
