That's why the Outback Kitters Chuck Series Pre Runner Bar for the Ram 1500 DS (Classic) is being engineered with one purpose in mind: helping protect what matters so you can keep driving. This follows the Outback Kitters product voice, which emphasizes protection, engineering, and confidence over hype.

Purpose-built for Australian conditions, the Chuck Series combines considered styling with serious frontal protection and premium lighting integration. With an impressive 360mm of ground clearance and an integrated steel bash plate, it's designed to improve off-road capability while maintaining a clean, factory-inspired appearance that complements the Ram 1500 DS.

Whether you're touring remote tracks, travelling with the family, or relying on your truck for work, the Chuck Series is being developed to provide the confidence that comes from engineered protection without compromising the look of your vehicle.

Availability

The Ram 1500 DS (Classic) Chuck Series Pre Runner Bar is currently in Research & Development, with production and release planned for Q4 2026. Stay tuned for updates as development progresses.

  • This product does NOT suit:

    2019–2024 RAM 1500 DT models.
    2025+ RAM 1500 models.

  • Winch Compatibility: Winches with a larger housing than the Sherpa 17,000 lb Winch will not fit.
  • Installation Clearance: Ensure there is 15–19 mm of clearance between the body and the bull bar. This gap allows for normal body roll and vehicle movement, helping prevent panel damage during off-road and overlanding use.
